These services have been of vast importance

and benefit to the several localities in which they have been excented, and if under the inspection of the Police the Inhabitants are compelled to use Keep them clean the most beneficial results

The Streets in the Town I can hardly give

any satisfactory data

upon regarding the expense of keeping them in repair as the side channels have not been completed, but in three parts where they have been, the expence has been inconsiderable and executed by convict labous at an charge of B per yard for the year.
