(c) Reclamations at Praya East, North Point, Shamshuipo, Kai Tack, Kowloon City west and Laichikok. (d) Kowloon Tong Estate development and filling in large area in Kowloon City.
Legislation.-16 Ordinances (5 amendment) were passed. The principal matters dealt with were:-- Magistrates (Amendment), Post Office, Peak Tramway, Trade Loan.
