(b) Road contouring Wongneichung and Tai Hang Valley; Causeway Bay-Quarry Bay Road, realignment and improvements; Wongneichung development scheme; To Kwa Wan Road; Argyle Street extension; Chatham Road extension; Waterloo Road extension. (c) Reclamations at Praya East, North Point, Shamshuipo, Kai Tack, Kowloon City west and Laichikok. (d) Kowloon Tong Estate development and filling in large area in Kowloon City.
