184. Miscellaneous:-The following works were carried out:-Au Tau Police Station-drainage altered, Castle Peak Police Station-flagstaff altered, typhoon symbols supplied and barbed wire fixed to gate, Ling Ma Hang Police Station-barbed wire fixed to gate, Tsun Wan-fence fixed to grass plot. A 12" half-round channel was constructed from a new stand pipe to the road channel at Kam Shan Village, Taipo Market District. Improvements and additions to electrical installations were made in three buildings.

185. Water Works:-The following works were carried out:-5,907 feet of 4" cement lined steel main were laid in Castle Peak Road from Tsun Wan to the Hume Pipe Company's works. This extension to the Tsun Wan supply main was made by agreement with the Company on terms set forth in CSO29/4126/1932, 500 feet of 3″ wrought iron piping were laid in Wan Tau Kok, Taipo Market, 280 feet of 3″ wrought iron piping were laid in Tai Tseung Street and Sai Tai Street, Un Long, 140 feet of 1¼″ wrought iron piping were laid in Wan Tau Kok, Taipo Market. Unclimbable fencing was built to provide storage yards for the Taipo and Un Long depôts.
