As this is the last Annual Report to which the present Manager will subscribe his signature, he wishes to express his high appreciation of the generous and loyal assistance always rendered to him by the staff, especially in 1933, when owing to greatly increased business, involving regular additions to the train service and longer train working hours, most officers were called upon to exert special efforts.
