(k.) Road from Taipo Market to Kum Shan-The construc- tion of this road, 1,877 feet in length and 10 feet in width, to serve the recently developed area to the N.W. of the railway bridge over the main stream at Taipo Market, was let under an order to Mr. Pang Loong of Fanling on 3rd September, 1924, and completed in July, 1925.

(L.) Widening bridges at Au Tau & Kam T'sin.-A Contract was let to Mr. Pang Loong of Fanling on 7th April, 1925, for the widening of two bridges from 16 feet and 14 feet respectively to the full width of 20 feet.

The work was completed and the bridges were opened to traffic by the end of the year.

The remaining charge against this vote was that of Retention Money only.

(m.) Macadamizing Taipo Road between the 5th and 9th miles. This section of the road was channelled, surfaced with 4" macadam, and tar painted.
