(j.) Tai Hang Development, Road Construction.-This work was referred to in paragraphs 120 (n) of the Report for 1923 and 124 (m) of last year's Report.

Satisfactory progress was made during the year on the walling at the lower end of the road. Filling to embankments was slow owing to the difficulty of obtaining sufficient spoil.
