Sketch schemes, therefore, were prepared to place one storey hutments on the site to accommodate 18 families.
After the collapse of the retaining wall South of In Mi Lane which is in the near vicinity, it was decided not to use this site in its present form.
No work was, therefore, undertaken during the year and consequently there was no expenditure under this heading.

Sai Wan Ho Trough Closet, July 1924.All the above conveniences were described in paragraph 111 of the Report for last year.
