(f.) Wanchai Road, -- Widening to 42 feet.—This work was referred to in paragraph 101 (c) of last year's Report.

(g.) Road from Causeway Bay to North Point.—In November, a Contract was let to Messrs. Wah Lee for constructing two sections of the proposed new 100 foot Causeway Bay-Shaukiwan Road.
The first section is from the N. W. boundary of the area recently occupied by the War Department to a point immediately West of the Cable House, Shaukiwan Road.
By the end of the year the Contractors' preliminaries were in hand preparatory to starting work.
The second section is from the Government Quarry to the South of Tsat Tsz Mui Police Station. Work had not been put in hand on this section by the end of the year.
