22. During the year 1917 there was one court held, viz., on the 10th, 14th, 15th, 17th, and 18th days of May, 1917, to enquire into the circumstances of misconduct on the part of Mr. W. J. Stokes, Chief Engineer of the British Steamship Phcumpenh.
