It was decided to postpone the execution of these works and no expenditure was incurred on either of them.
140. Improvements to Pitt Street opposite Kwong Wah Hospital.-Owing to the construction of that portion of the Waterloo Road extending from the Disinfecting Station to near the Railway Bridge, it became unnecessary to carry out the work contemplated and no expenditure was incurred under this heading.
