December 21 States, in reply to No. 23, that the Advisory Board approves of the manner in which it is proposed to spend the grant of £750, and that the Crown Agents have been instructed to pay that sum on or after January 1, 1905; gives directions for furnishing reports and accounts.

December 21 Requests that instructions may be given for the payment, at an early date, of the first year's contribution of £500 to the Crown Agents.
