I HAVE the honour to enclose herewith copies of two letters which we have received from the Government of St. Vincent, and to inform you that, in accordance with the instructions contained therein, we are paying the amounts mentioned to the Secretary of the British Red Cross Society from the funds of the Colony.
2. In the case of the amount raised by the sale of roses, etc., on Alexandra Rose Day, we are, as requested, asking the Secretary to pay over the sum to that branch of the British Red Cross Fund which stands most in need of help.
