States that the High Commissioner is of opinion that the questions raised in No. 86 should be deferred until the South African Delegates to Education Conference reach London, when the matter can be discussed with them and the Education Minister.
States that his price for making copies of any of the paintings would be four guineas each; asks for permission to use eight of the paintings in a book on India which he is preparing for Mr. Werner Laurie.
Acknowledges the receipt of No. 86, a copy of which is being transmitted to New Zealand; enquires whether the sets of slides asked for in 1904 are now obtainable separately.
Acknowledges the receipt of No. 86; states that the High Commissioner will gladly assist the Committee, and that copy of No. 86 is being sent to the Department of External Affairs.
