States that the Executive Council in Grenada is of opinion that malarial fever is not widespread in the Colony, and that the free distribution of quinine does not therefore seem to be justified.
Transmits copies of two letters from the Principal Medical Officer explaining what is being done locally to combat malaria.

Sanctions a continuance of the Imperial Grant to the Fund at the increased rate of £1,000 per annum for a period of five years from 1st April next.
Acknowledges the receipt of No. 15; states that a grant of £100 has been made to him for the present year; and requests that a summary of the work done at the Laboratory may be furnished to the Advisory Committee for publication in their annual report.
Authorizes him to apply the unexpended sum of £25 towards the general expenses of the Quick Laboratory.
Acknowledges the receipt of No. 42, and approves the proposed expenditure of £50 in the free distribution of quinine.
Reports that the Finance Committee has passed a resolution approving an annual grant of £100 for a further period of five years; encloses remarks of the Surgeon-General on the Report of the Board for 1908. --
Transmits a copy of a memorandum prepared by the Principal Medical Officer on the subject of the adoption in Nyasaland of the means employed in Italy to prevent malaria, and points out that little such work can be done in the scattered native villages of the Protectorate.
