§ III.—Removal of Colonial Prisoners.
413. By the Colonial Prisoners' Removal Act, 1869 (32 & 33 Vic., c. 10), any two Colonies, with the sanction of the King in Council, may agree for the removal of any prisoners from one to the other for the purpose of undergoing their punishment in that other Colony,
414. By the Colonial Prisoners' Removal Act, 1884 (47 & 48 Vic., c. 31), the Secretary of State, with the concurrence of the Governments of the Colonies concerned, may order the removal of a particular prisoner, if he falls within the categories specified in the Act, from one Colony to another, or to the United Kingdom, to undergo his sentence or the residue thereof.
415. Criminal lunatics may also be removed in a similar manner under the Act of 1884.
