6. Sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Principal Ordinance is hereby amended by the substitution of the words "and any enactment amending or substituted for the same" for the words "as amended by the Jury Amendment Ordinance, 1929".

7. This Ordinance shall come into operation on such date as the Governor shall notify by Proclamation as the commencement of this Ordinance.
