P.S. Ten copies of the 1934 Working Agreement referred to in paragraph 4 of the Governor's Saving were sent to you by His Majesty's Minister in Peking on September 10th, 1934, (your reference F 6151/465/10 of 22nd October, 1934). The Agreement
was amended in 1937 and a copy of the amended version was sent
to you on the 16th May, 1938.
