Free distribu tion of Govern- ment announce-
fact of its receipt to any person (other than duly authorised officer
of the Government ar competent legal tribunal) and shall not repro-

reproduced in writing copied or made use of, The Licensee shall take
such steps as are possible to prevent such matter being received by
Subscribe
(2) The Licensee shall not use or allow to be used the
wires connecting the Radiodistribution station with the premises of
Subscribers for any other purpose than the distribution to Subscribers
of broadcast programes and matter originated by the Licenses in
accordance with this Lị osnos.
(3) In such manner and at such intervals as the Postmaster
General may prescribe the Licensee shall submit to the Postmaster
Ceneral or to a Board duly appointed by the Governor in Council the
programmes and all matter intended to be distributed.
(4) The Postmaster General or Board aforesaid may in his
or its discretion require the Licensee to distribute or to refrain
from distributing my specified matter if the Postmaster General or
the Board considers it is in the best interest of the public so to do.
(5) The Licensee shall not knowingly without the permission
of the Postmaster General distribute to Subscribers or allow Subscribers
to receive in their respective premises by means of the Radiodistri-
bution Station any programme containing political social religious or
economic propaganda received at the Radiodistribution Station in the
English or any other language from any station outside the Colony.
(6) The I¿censee shall not distribute to Subscribers

(7) The Licensee shall distribute to all Subscrib
during the working hours of the Radiodia tribution Station any Gover2)-
ment announcement or matter related thereto which the Fostmaster
General may require, Such distribution shall be made without charge
limit of one-half hour in any one day. During much times as

any programe or announcement is being distributed under the provision
