It is not clear what it is intended to effect by providing in clause 27 of the draft agreement that the draft agreement shall be read as one with the principal and transition agreements, dated the 23rd December, 1987, but it is obvious from the comments made above that specific provision will be necessary to deal with some at least of the points referred to,
