Notice is hereby given that as from the date of issuance of this circular all correspondents of newspapers, magazines, news agencies and broadcasting stations of foreign countries which have not yet established diplomatic relations with our People's Republic of China are to suspend their activities (including sending news cables) whether they are Chinese or foreign nationals.
