Administrative. As General Officer Commanding-in- Chief, Hong Kong you will be responsible to the Commander- in-Chief, Far East Land Forces for the administration of the Land Forces in Hong Kong. The Commanders of the Naval and Air Forces will be responsible to their own Commanders- in-Chief for the administration of their forces.
In addition, you will be responsible for the allocation between the fighting forces of any commodities and services in short supply in the Colony.
