The Secretary said that no replies had been received to his lote* inviting members to obtain the concurrence of their Defence Co-ordination Committee representatives to the despatch to the Governors and Local Defence Committee, Hong Kong, cf copies of the JIC (FE) paper** entitled "The Threats to Hong Kong". concerned said that they had obtained approval.
