L.D.C. considers, and I agree? that there is no an urgent requirement here (corrupt gp.) one flotilla of M.T.B.'s, or motor launches together with crews and maintenance facilities.
2t Craft that can be provided locally and manned by Far East Station resources barely suffice to assist water police in prevention of a large influx of refugees. Against armed infiltration on a large scale more and better armed craft are needed; moreover, in view of advertised army reinforcements consider planning of any communist attack cannot fail to take into account that the Colony has (corrupt gp. - ? 200) alles of soa frontier and only
