OC ADS must contact RMOS (if posible personally or by wireless). Do not rely on signals. 3 signals went to RMO GR and 1 to RMC the Buffs were never received. EMCs had not checked length of duration of evacuation - satisfactory for minor cases but one major casualty was rounded at 0530 hrs and was not received at Mil Hosp KO LCCN ntil 2245 hrs a disgraceful time lag.
1. More liaison between OC ADS, RMCs, and Bde HQ required.
