Plans of Education.

With the arrival of the turning point and under the new situation, the unanimous mission of the whole Party is to rely on the peasantry and to persecute the War of Revolution to the end. The whole Party are required to have had thought preparation in order to accomplish this task. The Southern Party lacks training in long-term struggles. Most of the members joined during the wat against Japan. Therefore, the strengthening of thought education is indispensable. Education of the whole party should be centred on:

(a) Situation and Characteristics of the Revolution and

the Party's policy.

(b) Problem referring to class relationship.

(c) Problem referring to peasantry armed struggle.

(d) Problem of Agrarian Reform (this is one of our party's

primary policies).

(e) Problem of Party constructiin.

Literature.

MO's literature will form the basis

added by other relevant literature, such as :

(a) Chinese Revolution and Chinese Communist Party.

(c) LAU's (3]) writings.

To fix own measures for study according to conditions. It must be understood:

(a) To study literature is to understand practical

struggles.

(b) To study is to reform one's thought.

(c) During course of study, hold review on throught and

purge non-proletarian conception.

(a) Hold discussions and summary of study.

To begin with, study MO's literature and take down notes in writing.
