Sillitoe expects to arrive Hong Kong 19th July and would like to leave 29th. He welcomes your suggestion that Moreton and Ellis should go to Hong Kong while he is there.

You will, doubtless inform Festing of Sillitoe 'a visit and arrange for him to take part in discussions as necessary.

We have tried unsuccessfully to get Sillitoe and Johnson # on sane plane. *Johnson * therefore expecta arrive Hong Kong 21at - - see my telegram No.862.
