also received payment for sundry articles sold to the tenant, who took my house on leave, during the time I

was in England.

I would also draw your attention to a payment made

to my credit on May 14th/04, whilst I was on my way to

England.

The entry is Cash $114.60, and consists of

I frequently cash my cheque for salary and deposited

part of it in cash.

By referring to my a/c, it will be seen that no

salary chéque has been paid in for the month of July,

./01; April and June /02,

August, Sop. Oct; Nov. Dec..

June and Dec./03, and Jan./04.

I am positive that Mr Michael occasionally paid me

in notes, and a reference to my a/c will almost prove

this.

The boarders I have had residing with me at various

times,

paid me in notes, and I have also borrowed from

my wife (Sae General).

Reference is made to leans from the Bank, and on

referring to my notes, I find that I received the

following advances:-

24/7/02 50 Sugars

12/9/02 50 Douglas

17/3/03 50 Nationals

30/4/03

50 Douglas

1000.00

1000.00

These transactions would appear in Mr Michael's

account.
