"ground floor, states:-
"In the year 1903, I was the Sanitary contractor for
"limewashing plague infected houses. I got that job by
*tander. My tander was $1.70 for linewashing a floor. I
"gave up the work after doing it for about l† months
"hen alle I was required to limewash 3 or 4 times over a
*floor, and even then Inspectors Fisher, Woolley,
"Raidie and Fincher said the work was not done to their
