Commission. Well then Mr Lee, there is an attachment to

that. I think it would be better for you to put in a

oopy of the paper which I understand you have already

sent to the Colonial Secretary, because of course we

cannot receive a letter here addreɛsed to the

Colonial Secretary. That is the original. ("anding
