Canton incident.
Central News Agency reports that at meeting of Resident Committee of Peoples rolitical Council, 13th February, the Minister for Foreign affairs stated that Ministry of Foreign Affairs had sent their own investigations to Canton independently of investigattom of Linistry of interior, all of whose reports would be available shortly and that Chinese Government would then be able to "Discuss incident with His Majesty's Government with a view to an amicable settlement".
2. A message to the same effect was communicated to Mis Majesty's Embassy by Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs.
