As you are aware suggestions in your telegram No. 67 are under urgent consideration. Meanwhile, would it help if Chinese Government were asked to prohibit Po--On megistrate or any other Kwangtung official from visiting Hong Kong unless invited to do ao by Hong Kong Government?
