Do you have any book with the record of the pay sheets ? I have a book which will show that so much is paid to

each man, and so much is paid out in other charges. I have two subsidiary hooks to thi:. One also acts as a

check on the pay sheets, and conveyance allowance goes under another heading. This other books shews across a line the amount raid to each particular officer, and is a check on the pay cheets, because that total must go inside the total cf the pay sheets. I shall get them up
