I want to know exactly the time they stopped filling the date, and the time they commêneed issuing the blank notices. I see here, Dr Pearse, that Dr Atkinson signed the last notics on 23rd February, and there the date ill filled in in Dr Atkinson's handwriting. The next page is signed by Dr Clark, and it is blank, and all th others are blank, and I rather gather that. Dr instituted the custom of insning blok notices witho>W€ saying anything about it. It wae kis procedure.

The reason for it was that theré was a great deal of leakage of information.
