under my control.

We will begin with the Senior Inspectors, who have the

District Inspectors under them, who controls the

Senior Inspectors ?

They are controlled by certain standing orders to begin

with, and then they are advised frequently by me, when

I visit their offices, and they are also advised and

instructed by memoranda sent out by me, and also at

the fortnightly meeting held at the Board office.

Are you present at those Meetings, always ↑

Yearly always present. Once or twice, I have been

absent.

The President and Secretary. I altered the arrangement

which I found existing, when first I was made M. 0. H.

and the result was that when an Inspector wanted a

notice to be served, he should apply to the Secretary.
