Statement read as follows:-
"Lo Wan, of Poultry Stall To 2 gaiyingpun Market,
"states:-
"I am the master of the above stall. On the 30th day of "the 3rd moon this year (23rd April 1906) I paid $15 to "Mr Chiu Yat Kai and at the same time requested him to "get Mr Lo Man Kai to buy some wins and other eatables "to send to the Inspector of Markets on my behalf. "About a week before I paid Chiu Yut Kai the money, the "Inspector called my attention to the filthy condition
"of the wall and the fowl orates, and as I was afraid "that he
would summon me for that I sent him the
