"Lo Wan, of Poultry Stall To 2 gaiyingpun Market,

"states:-

"I am the master of the above stall. On the 30th day of "the 3rd moon this year (23rd April 1906) I paid $15 to "Mr Chiu Yat Kai and at the same time requested him to "get Mr Lo Man Kai to buy some wins and other eatables "to send to the Inspector of Markets on my behalf.
