Sanitary Board. As Secretary you are directly under the

orders of the Board or the President ?

I am certainly under the orders of the Board and under the

orders of the President in three or four instances.

his orders in three or four instances. Define that ?

When I submit papers to the President if he wishes me to get

any additional information he can direct me to get that

information, and I must call meetings of the Board by his

directions whether regular meetings or special meetings and

the President can direct me in the first instance to mark

which papers shall be considered confidentially and which

shall be considered at the public meeting. Then again the

President can give me instructions so that the decisions of

the Board can be carried out and given effect to.

These you admit are the powers the President has over you, lobi
