It is in order to improve the resources
at his disposal to meet such a threat, that
the Governor has asked us to take action
on a number of matters, one of which concerns
the indent for arms and ammunition to which
I have already referred. I have, I think,
said sufficient to indicate the importance
of meeting the Governor's requests and I
should be grateful for your assistance in
securing delivery of these arms and ammunition and this supresent ultiphop
as soon as possible.
