The statement discussed in my letter to you of the 27th February and your reply of the 3rd March

·(54145/4/117) me duly made in the House in reply to e question on the 5th March.

He have since given further consideration to the detailed points which were referred to the -Covernor (see the Secretory of State's telegram No.329 and the Governor's reply No.406, of which copies are enclosed for convenience of reference) and curtain other pointe which it seems desirable to raise at this stage, mainly from the point of view of the publication of the Governor's despatch and the reply which is to be sent to it. These, of course, include the points raised in your letter to
