Young arrives at Southampton to-day. We don't
yet know what his movements are going to be, but intend
showing him the draft despatch as soon as we can.
It
will not in any case be sent off until he has seen it.
If you have any further comments on the final draft,
perhaps you could let me have them as soon as possible?
