certainly be interested to know the explanation of this apparently deliberate misrepresentation. I do not suggest that a special enquiry should be made, but I hope that if there is still any failure to appreciate that Young's proposals have been accepted in principle, and that it is now only a question of settling some details, something can be done to remedy the
situation.
