advising the Government to make a general scheme by
which the existing yards would be counted as external
air, namely by having 12 feet at the first floor level,
10 feet at the second floor level, and 8 fest at the
top floor level, or something of this nature ?
remember some stu scheme being suggested. I dont
think it was af er the Ordinance was passed, because
the ordinance as passed on the 21st February, and I
w it on leave on the 18th March.

were if not recommended, at any rate acquiesced in by
yourself. He suggest, that, and then afterwards you
found them unworkable. That is what I refer to.
