I believe that he was instructed in one case to bring a
case hafore the Magistrate, but, as far as I remember,
the Magistrate would not deal with it owing to the
fact that the contract did not come within the
Ordinances of the Colony. Therefore, it could only be
dealt with privately by the Board.
Is it the duty of the prosecuting Inspector, in 20-0/2
addition to his night work, so attend the Police Courts
to serve notices, and in fact to work day and night?
