the Building Authority approved the pian, then it was
perfectly justifiable on the part of the people who hai
submitted it, to conclude that everything on the plan

If you have been so advised that the owner, I gather
from you,
having sent in these plans, and having
built according to these plans, so objection could he
takan, and if he compied, he could occupy the hous
if it were built in accordance. That is what I gather.
