Have you ever heard complaint that whenever a District

Inspector makes complaint, to the M. 0. H., and is at

variance with the senior Inspector, that the Senior

Inspector's word is always taken in preference to that

of the District Inspector?

Well, if both cases are unsupported, I think one is

more or less bound to take the Senior officers version.

Of course, if the Jußior Officer can produce evidence

in support of his claim in opposition to what the

Senior has said, it is a different matter.

Have you ever heard that when a District Inspector xakes

that he would get the kudos for what it contained ?

No, I have not heard. They might have come to me,

but
