Yes, since last month. When I got this minute in, wrote to Dr Clark and suggested that he should give instructions, and sign them, and apply them to all the cemeteries. My object in doing that m to protect my Inspectors from feeling that they had to work under Er Bryan. I could not allow them to work unde him, if I could avoid it. Therefore, I wanted the head of the Department to sign instructions as head to shew that the duties of those Inspectors were as regards cemeteries,

and this was draw up.
