I am to inform, that at their meting of 17th April, the Chiefs of Staff approved a report by the Joint Flanning staff examining the arrangements to be made for the commend of the three services in Hong Kong after the return of civil government, Jelenial Office has concurred in the arrangemente contained in the report.
