In view of abandonment Ping Shan project necessary to rehabilitate civil airport at Kai Tak. On purely short term bosis assuming now aerodrome be completed within five years minimum expenditure required estimated at £12,000, This includes repair marine terminal building including modest amount of furniture 4,000 square yards hard standing for aircrafi 1,200 yarda tarmac roadway and various incidentals such as electric cablee. Grateful early approval this expenditure as extension B.0.A.C. service Hong Kong let duly dependent on provision suitable facilities.
