Section 47(1) of the principal Ordinance "not exceeding 250 gross tons",

armended by deleting

5. Section 48 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting subsection (6) and substituting the following-

"(6) On the hearing of an application under this section a certified true copy of the record of the proceedings, including the decision of the court, in any proceedings in respect of the offence under section 38(1) or (4) or section 39 of this Ordinance or section 9001) of 'the Criminal Procedure Ordinance shall be admissible in evidence”.

The principul Ordinance'is amended by adding after section 57B the following

In sections 57A and 57B "member of He Majesty's forces" includes any officer or member of the Royal Hong Kong Regiment as constituted under the Royal Hong Kong Regiment Ordinance or of the Royal Hông Kong Auxiliary Air Force as constituted under the Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Air Force Ordinance.”.

Section 58 of the principal Ordinance is amended—

(o) in subsecting (1)–—–—–

(D) by inserting after "ships of war" the following—

"or auxiliary ships"; and

(ii) by deleting "not exceeding 500 gross toms and"; and

(6) în subsection ()––––

(D by inserting after "ships of war" the following- "or auxillary ships": and

(i) by deleting "not exceeding 500 gross tons".
