together with a copy of the report of the Public Accountų Committee of the Legislative Council, sball-

(a) be laid before the Legislative Council; and (b) be submitted to the Secretary of State”;

(c) In subsection (3)a) by inserting after "Governor" the following-

Section 13 of the principal Ordinance is amended- (a) by requmbering it as subsection (1) thereof;

(6) by inserting after "Governor" the following

“(2) Any such report shall be dealt with in accordance with subsection (2) of section 17 as if it were a report submitted under subsection (1) of that section.".
